Fashion de fantastique online purchases may only be delivered to the billing address of your credit/debit card. For security purposes it will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Orders are despatched by Standard Delivery signed for and we also offer EXPRESS DELIVERY. Delivery requires a signature upon delivery and it is the Customer's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order. 

To take advantage of the Guaranteed Next Day service, please place your order before 2pm from Monday to Friday to guarantee delivery on the following day and choose the next day delivery option in the basket page.

Orders placed either after 2pm or outside the working week (bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) will not be processed until the next working day. For example, if you place an order on bank holiday

Monday your order will be processed on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday (subject to the Tuesday being a working day).

WE AIM TO DESPATCH YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC BANK HOLIDAYS. WE USE EITHER ROYAL MAIL OR ONE OF OUR OTHER DELLIVERY PARTNERS. IF THERE IS NO-ONE IN TO TAKE DELIVERY THEY MAY ATTEMPT TO LEAVE IT WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR IN A SAFE, SECURE LOCATION. A CARD SHOULD BE LEFT TO ADVISE OF THIS, OR TO CONFIRM THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE LOCAL DEPOT.

However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us.
