Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I make an order?
A: To make an order you can browse through the online shop and select the item(s) you wish to purchase. You then add the item you want to your shopping bag. 
To complete the order go to the checkout area where you can pay for your item.
If you are a registered user and are logged in you will go straight to the payments section. If you are a new user you will have to register and you will then be re-directed to the payment section.

Q. Stock can be in two states on our website, available and pre-order.
A.  Available means we dispatch your order immediately upon completion of your order. Pre-Order means that you pay for the order today, but we will only be able to ship your order once we receive stock. We ask that you allow approximately twenty-one days for delivery. We do give an expected delivery date, but please allow two weeks after this expected date.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following major credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and AMEX
We also accept paypal

Q. Why have I only received some of my order?
A.  In rare instances some items you have ordered may become unavailable and subsequently not sent to you.  If this happens, you will be sent an email from customer services informing you of the product(s) you won’t be receiving and you will not be charged for the item.

Q. How long will it take to process my return / exchange?
A.  Once we receive your returned items please allow up to 7 working days to process a refund and up to 14 working days for exchanges.

Q: How come you have not refunded the original delivery charge?
A: We are sorry but we can not refund the initial delivery charge. However if you choose to exchange your item to a different size or colour of the same style we will send the new item out to you free of charge

Q: How much does postage and packaging cost?
A: For our UK deliveries we charge £3.95 for Standard Delivery and £5.95 for the next day service.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: If your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will receive an email confirming your order has been successful.In the event that your card has not been authorised for payment, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know why your bank card or issuer couldn’t authorise the payment. Don’t worry at this stage since there is usually something simple that can be done to fix this.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. For standard delivery you can expect your order within 3-5 working days, please allow up to 5 working days before you contact us should you have not received your parcel. For security reasons first orders must be delivered to the registered card holders address.

Q: Do I need to sign on delivery?
A: Yes, deliveries require a signature on receipt. If there is no-one available to sign a calling card will be left. 

Q. How long will it take to refund me?

A. If u return item within 7 days of receipt of your delivery in saleable condition and we aim to process your refund as quick as possible and return will take 14 to 28 days. 

Q. Is it safe to buy goods on-line from fashion de fantastique
A. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
