Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Fashion de fantastique for a full refund. 

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 10 days of the day after you receive the goods. 
Here at Fashion de fantastique, we  understand that people can change their mind which is somehow natural. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 10 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange. You may cancel your order or return your delivery within 10 working days of receipt, we are unable to offer refund or exchanges on Earrings, full lace wigs and hair extension that has been open. Please be aware that the return costs will not be reimbursed and postage and other cost will be the customers responsibility, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for items that is lost or damaged within the postal or courier service. however, if this happen, please contact us and we will follow up our service providers. If responsibility lies with them, we will claim insurance and re-issue your order immediately.

Returning your Item
The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received. Attach the return address label at the bottom of the invoice to your return parcel.

You will then need to return the package to a Post Office counter. 

Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility.

Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return. 

The returned parcel is the customers responsibilty until it is received by us. As a result we suggest customers use a delivery service where they can track their return

We will process a refund to returned items that are in accordance with our returns policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note, 

Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.

Exchanges
We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour if its in stock. 
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.

Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge. 

If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to your account.

Please note you may only make an exhange on the same item once.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Fashion de Fantastique quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for reurn, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Hair Extensions Return

All items are sent out well packaged however there may be the rare occasion where the item(s) are damaged. Please contact us in writing by email or by phone only (contact details are on the “Contact” page),a telephone call is not sufficient, within 7 working days upon receipt of your item if you would like to make an exchange. If you do not contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the item the item will be exempt from for any exchange

All un-opened goods purchased from fashiondefantastique Ltd may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. A 10% administration charge will be levied on all items returned for a refund.

Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us via Email or telephone and before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us.You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone.: 
Additional Note

You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package . the whole product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund. 

That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.  We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require. 
Fashiondefantastique Ltd will normally ship out hair an item within 2-5 business days providing the item is in stock.
