1. Availability

All items shown on the website are sometimes subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are no longer available. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

We accept payment by  Paypal, which accepts payment from all major credit cards. By ordering goods, you are agreeing to pay us the full amount for the goods and Our obligation is to send the goods to you as soon as we receive your payment in full. When you place an order from Fashion de fantastique we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order and we will also email you confirming that we have despatched your order. Please ensure that you provide full and correct postal address, including postcode, for delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete address details.  
I will in some circumstances accept Paypal e Cheques but obviously won't be able to post your item until e cheque has cleared.

 When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement, No contract exists between you and us for the sale of the Goods until we have received and accepted your order. Andwe send you confirmation in by e-mail to e-mail address you have given. Once we do this, there is a binding legal contract and we reserve the right to reject without notice any order to purchase the Goods made by you at any time.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before confirming your order.
